1. Logistics Fulfillment
You ordered on March 13th, and we shipped within 48 hours (March 15th). Your agent signed for it on March 17th.
When you ordered, we clearly stated: “You need to pay international freight to your forwarder, who handles overseas delivery”.
We also updated you twice (March 18th & 21st) that the parcel reached the forwarder’s warehouse. We’ve fully fulfilled our domestic obligations.
2. After - sales & Quality
✅ Quality Check: We re - inspected the same batch—no such issue found.
✅ Proactive Support: We contacted you via the order channel and Alibaba Customer Service multiple times, offering various after - sales solutions. However, you read messages but didn’t reply, nor provided malfunction proof (photos/videos).
